Threw away the ice cream and Oreo pie (left it at my mom's house in the freezer, it's definitely in the garbage now).
Candy has been removed from the cupboards.
Made my sister drink the rest of our sparkling cider from New Years.
Gave my dad and sisters coffee creamer and Cinnamon Life cereal from the pantry.
We still have a Pillsbury Cinnabun package and left over Fideo/torillas in the fridge....who wants them? lol. The garbage does. Nom nom nom nom. You're welcome Grover.
Doug and I ate greasy lardy Mexican food for our last meal on Saturday. Our last "poopy food" meal. Healthy eating from now on. Well, we did eat a deep dish Chicago style pizza tonight for dinner. But we also had a yummy healthy spinach salad too. So that cancels out that pizza ya? Plus a work associate mailed that pizza from Chicago for a Christmas present so we felt like we had to eat it...Ok. Cool. The real stuff begins tomorrow!
Tonight I prepped some breakfast for Doug and the kids and I for the morning. Unfortunately he's on his own for lunch. Salad up Doug. We have lots of meat and veggies in our fridge but I probably should have prepped a little more during the weekend. Oh well! We will improvise for lunch and then create something yummy for dinner. Stay tuned for tomorrow's post for details on how the day went.
Here's a link to a fun song/video about people addicted to sugar. Not really. I think they are singing about some chick, but all this song makes me think about is donuts and cookies. I think I'm the panda in this video.
