Breakfast failed:
These were supposed to be veggie pancakes. Instead they were burning blobs of falling apart zuchini and eggs that I later formed into pancake shapes and then tried to bake in the oven. They tasted ok. But were not anything like a pancake and filled my house with tons of smoke trying to cook them. You SUCK veggie pancakes.
I was incredibly grumpy with Drayson, therefore he was naughtier than ever. I have found the meaner I am the meaner he gets too. So. Ya. My bad. For lunch I ate a giant A salad and a giant A almond smoothie and then felt incredibly stuffed and regretted eating too much. Nothing new there that any of ya'll need to hear about or see.
I was going to give up for dinner and just continue to eat random shiz from the fridge but then I remembered I had scheduled a crock pot recipe so I threw everything in the crock pot and let that baby do all the work. So dinner was good. It was a curry chicken over rice thing. There are different levels of this detox and Doug and I are on level one, which allows rice. A 1/2 C of it. So I 1/2 cupped it up and topped it with some chicken and ate some green beans with it too. Very tasty. Although it tasted more like a creamy tomatoey chicken than a curry chicken. But I would still definitely make it again in the future with a few add ins and tweaks. Here it is:
If anyone wants the recipe let me know.
Today was another kind of crappy day, because heck, I'm still bleeding and annoyed. For breakfast we made some WAFFLES!!! They were good. Crispy. Better than eggs. Pretty buttery tasting though. Like I almost felt a little guilty eating them cause they were so buttery. Oh well. Ate some bacon with it to drown the butter. And threw some green apples on top too. The end.

For lunch, the babies and I had leftover curry/tomatoey chicken and green beans. Getting tired of green beans. I watched the bachelor on HULU while we ate and I laughed all the way through it. These girls go on one date with this guy and are IN LOVE...HE IS PERFECT. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Thank you Bachelor. For anyone else watching it, Lace is cray cray.
Dinner tonight was effing amazing. Sorry for all the fake swear words. I find when "flow" is around the pent up anger comes out and swearing feels right. Well almost swearing. I'm toning it down because my mom reads this. But back to Dinner. It was a balsamic roast and it was the best thing I've eaten in 10 days, besides the pot pies at my mom's house. This stuff was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. The cooked onions and carrots were pretty much like an added candy bonus. The best part is it took no effort at all. It cooked in a crockpot for 8 hours. Dray added the ingredients for me. And since there's balsamic in it, it tasted sweet to me. Oh so sweet. Even if you aren't detoxing you should make this. The recipe was from the detox book, so let me know if you want it.
Here it is:
I also had green beans and salad. I ate one green bean and threw the rest away. I'm sorry but I can't eat another green bean for a couple days. Go away green beans.
On to day 11. I am still not craving sugar and I feel good. But pizza, as always, still sounds good and I miss it. Also I randomly have dandruff happening and that sucks. GOODNIGHT.

Why do I like you more the grumpier you are? Hilarious! All the food you make looks amazing!
